All images and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the images are stored, remain the property of Photographer. Scanning, copying, downloading, printing or any other form of digital and/or analog reproduction, distribution and/or duplication, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved. 

Purchase of non-watermarked analog prints does not include online-use, unless agreed upon by Photographer and prior to online publication for commercial, non-commercial, or social networking purposes. In such cases, and if watermarked, Client agrees that removal of the watermark from web images will constitute a breach of this Use License.

Client agrees that no alterations are to be made to any images, and that they will be used as is, with the exception of image dimensions/crop and brightness adjustments to electronic files.
